The Insta Waiter was Patented and Designed by Salvatore Ranieri. Sal is a thirty year veteran in the Restaurant Industry with both Manager and Server experience. It was during those thirty years that Sal quickly realized that one of the most biggest challenges a Waiter and Food runner faces is carrying hot clumsy plates. This can be very difficult and not to mention, dangerous in regards to servers dropping plates and getting burned. Anyone who has ever worked in the industry will agree that this makes their job very challenging and not everyone can do it.

So after carefully watching and studying waiters he realized that there are several key factors that actually cause waiters and food runners problems. Once he identified these problems a he was also able to solve them very quickly by Inventing the Insta waiter.
